HIIT

You may be familiar with HIIT, or High Intensity Interval Training; an activity in which you perform one exercise for 30-45 seconds then rest for 15-30 seconds, and repeat, with various exercises during the workout. This is great if you like to feel the burn and get your heart rate up, increase your cardiovascular fitness, or just squeeze in a quick workout between extracurriculars.
